The
above includes an estimate of $200 monthly for personal expenses.
There
are no registration, administrative, or placement fees.
If a students financial obligations are not met,
the student will not be allowed to attend classes and seminars.
The University
has agreed to the following with respect to maintenance of the
level tuition:
"...Annual cost of tuition and board may be increased at
a rate no greater then 5% per annum for second, third and fourth
year students. Tuition and board may be increased at no greater
than 10% per annum for new entering classes and henceforth no
greater than 5% per annum during each classes course of study.”

This is the University’s North American representative which
also arranges group travel to Poznan. Payments for tuition, board,
and air fare are due on or before August 25th, of each year. Payment
is made in US Funds by certified check (or equivalent) to the
order of Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences.
Although it is possible to secure private quarters in the City
of Poznan, the University strongly recommended that first year
students reside on campus.
There are many services which allow books to be purchased in
advance and shipped to Poland, books may also be purchased on
http://www.amazon.co.uk
and shipped to Poznan.
Students applying for financial aid are encouraged to submit
applications 60-90 days in advance of the start of the semester.
Foreign students in Poland can buy Health Insurance in Narodowy Fundusz Zarowia for approximately $10.00 per month.
* Students supplying their own Health Insurance
must provide an original letter on Insurance Carrier stationary
agreeing to full medical and hospital coverage in Poland.

The University is approved by the U.S. Department of Education as
an eligible institution to participate in the Stafford Plus and
Supplemental Student Loan Program. The maximum amount hat may be
borrowed under this program is $18,500.00 per year. Students may
receive subsidized (no interest before repayment, need based) and
unsubsidized(interest accrues right away, not need based) loans.
Interest rates are variable, and established once per year in July.
Repayment begins six months after a student is no longer in attendance.

Eligible American students can also apply for private bank loans
(TERI) through the Bank of Boston. http://www.teri.org
TERI Loans are Credit Based, not need based such as Federal Stafford
Loans. The loan program for this program is the International
Health Education Program (IHELP).
Deserving students can apply for U.S. Scholarships after their
first year of study.
Student's may fill out a FAFSA
online. When submitted, we will receive your information electronically
from the US Department of Education. Be sure to use our school
code, which is G30917.

Canadians
use the Canada Student Loan Program, available via the Ministry
of Education in home province. Students should contact banks and
Canadian Student Loan Offices for details and applications. Canadian
Students may also be eligible for TERI Loans if they have a U.S.
